Privacy policy for the processing of personal data, in accordance with the European Regulation on the protection of personal data - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

Given that:

Therefore, we would like to provide you with the following information on the processing of the data that we shall collect through the consultation request form, which is available online.

Rights of the interested party
With regard to your personal data, you may exercise the rights under Art. 7 of the Code (including, in particular, the right to access the personal data that concerns you, to request its correction, updating or deletion, and to oppose to its processing for legitimate reasons), within the limits and conditions established in Articles 8, 9 and 10 of the above-mentioned legislative decree, by simply notifying the undersigned company, also by telephone, at the following address: +39 045-6014211 or via email, at the following address: informativa@pegaso.eu

The data we process, the purposes of processing and the legal basis for processing

We shall only collect and process the personal data specified in the form and in the query you submitted in order to process your request and give you an answer.
To this end, please include in the form only the data necessary to evaluate and respond to your consultation request, without entering irrelevant personal data, especially data relating to health, where this is not strictly necessary.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data other than health data is the need to fulfil a service requested by the data subject (Art. 6 par. 1 letter b of the GDPR).
The legal basis for the processing of health data is the data subject’s explicit consent to processing (Art. 9 par. 2 letter a of the GDPR).
For this reason, if you should include health data in your query, please give your explicit consent to the processing of such data, otherwise we shall not be able to process your consultation request.

With your consent (which is a condition for the lawfulness of such processing, also pursuant to Art. 6 par. 1 letter b of the GDPR), we shall also process your contact data in order to send you, via email, information and commercial communications relating to our products and services. Moreover, while respecting your rights and confidentiality, we undertake to use this communication tool responsibly and appropriately

Any recipients or categories of recipients of personal data

The personal data referred to above shall be processed by the Data Controller through persons authorised to process them (i.e. persons within its company), as well as by third parties, in their capacity as data processors, who provide the Data Controller with services, including technical services, related to processing and to the purposes set out above and, therefore, in any case operating under the supervision of the Data Controller.

We would also like to inform you that any queries submitted through the request form shall be processed by consultants who collaborate with Pegaso srl in order to provide an answer to your request, in a completely anonymous form and, therefore, the data contained in the fields of the request form relating to your name, surname and email address shall not be disclosed or made available to them in any way.

In addition, please note that, after replying to your request, Pegaso srl shall store the query submitted by you and the answer provided to you in strictly anonymous form (and, therefore, without any specific reference to you or other elements that may be traced back to you) in its databases for statistical purposes.

In any case, your personal data shall not be disclosed.

Data retention period.

In accordance with the principles set out in the GDPR, your data shall be stored only as long as necessary for the purposes for which they are collected and processed, following the instructions above on how to store the queries received and the answers provided as part of the consultation service.

The data required to send information and commercial communications relating to our products and services shall be kept until you revoke your consent

Your rights with regard to your personal data

Please note that, at any time, depending on the specific processing:
a) You have the right to request access to your personal data, to request that your personal data be rectified or erased, and to request that processing of your personal data be restricted. You also have to right to data portability;
b) You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Italian Data Protection Authority).

Mandatory or non-mandatory provision of personal data (by law, by contract or to conclude the contract) and any consequences of failure to provide such data.

The provision of your personal data is optional, however, in the absence of data marked as “mandatory”, you will not be able to send your request and, therefore, to receive the consultation needed.

Consent to the processing of any data relating to health is optional, however, without your consent, we shall not be able to process such data; therefore, if you do not consent to such processing, you will not be able to send the form with your request.

Consent to data processing to send information and commercial communications relating to our products and services is optional and, even if you do not give your consent, you will still be able to use the consultation service.
